It boasts a marvellous location; very close to restaurant and transportation, night market near by, and Central Market. The place where you can eat at walking distance from the hotel is Yatarmon Mohinga Shop.
The bathrooms are very dated.

We had the most incredible experience at Royal Flower. The owners went above and beyond to organize a special trip for us to cross the famous Gokteik viaduct on foot, which is usually not allowed for foreigners. This made our entire trip unforgettable. The hotel itself was comfortable, with good wifi and a nice breakfast. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and my twin/double room had a traditional Asian-style bathroom.

Lovely stay with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in October for 2 nights and enjoyed every moment. The slight quirkiness of the guesthouse added to the charm of our trip. Despite the small-ish room, it was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even bringing a flask when we needed tea/coffee. They had a hilarious moment fixing a bathroom light, reminiscent of a Monty Python skit. The location was quiet yet close to nearby cafes. we thoroughly recommend this guesthouse and hope to return one day.

I loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were tasteful and reminded me of a traditional British country house. It felt like a home away from home. The common areas were well-maintained and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff were always ready to assist me with my needs and the hotel had ramps and handrails in place to make it easier for me to navigate around.
I would have loved to see more options for senior-friendly activities in the area. Perhaps some organized day trips or leisurely guided walks.

I recently stayed at a lovely guest house in Pyin Oo Lwin for a few nights. The staff at Royal Flower were incredibly helpful, with the owner even going out of his way to pick us up from the bus station. The best part was the peaceful atmosphere, which provided a welcome escape from the noise of the nearby road. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, as I was given an individual room for the price of a dorm since it was under renovation. The young lady at the guest house even helped me book my train ticket, which was a huge relief. She spoke excellent English and provided me with plenty of useful information about getting around the town. The hospitality of Coco, Sam, Sunny, Owen, and Coco's mom really made our stay exceptional. Coco took us to a fantastic local Indian restaurant, and they all helped us arrange our activities and made sure we had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly and attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location to local eateries.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

This place has it all - bicycles for rent, a 24-hour reception, and even a restaurant! Plus, free WiFi and parking. It's like a one-stop-shop for all your basic needs.
Who needs working hot water or decent wifi when you have all these amazing amenities, right? The struggle is real, but hey, at least the staff was friendly.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the guest house. The traditional Burmese decorations and furniture added a touch of authenticity and made me feel like I was truly experiencing the local culture. The general areas, such as the lobby and garden, were beautifully maintained and created a peaceful ambiance perfect for relaxation. Additionally, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for senior people like myself. The staff was always ready to assist with any needs, and the layout of the guest house made it easy for me to navigate without any difficulties.
I would have loved to see more assistance provided specifically for senior people. While the children working there were extremely helpful and friendly, it would have been great if there were some additional services or amenities tailored to the needs of older guests.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They provided us with cold drinks and took care of our luggage. the owner himself took the time to give us recommendations and share his knowledge about the area, which made our stay much more enjoyable.
The rooms at the hotel were a bit tired and could use some updating. We also found that the location of the electric sockets was inconvenient, as they were placed high up on the wall, making it difficult to charge our devices without using makeshift towers of furniture.

Charming, clean rooms with good mosquito screens. The staff provided excellent English-speaking assistance, including arranging transportation. The breakfast was a bonus.
